What’s On My To Be Read List?

Ahh… Fall.

It’s one of my favorite seasons. I love curling up with a hot drink, blanket, and book. LOTS OF BOOKS. Those days you can just read the day away are my favorite.

…Which gets me thinking.

I finished reading two books this month already, and I just started reading Shadow Born by Rebecca Hamilton and Jasmine Walt. There are tons of books that catch my eye, but the older books on my Kindle end up catching dust. So, I’ve decided to start one New Year’s Resolution early this year.

My goal is to finish *most* of the books currently on my Kindle before purchasing any new books. I know it sounds crazy, but hear me out:

How often do you buy a book because its cover attracts your eye? *raises hand*

How often does your favorite author come out with a new book, and you lunge at the opportunity to get it? Guilty as charged.

It’s going to be hard not to buy any new books, and the chances are I’m going to cave at some point. However, I’d like to get through at least ten books on my Kindle before even thinking about caving. After that, I might go through and delete some books from my Kindle that I know are never going to see the light of day.

I’m a few chapters in many of these books, but I never got around to finishing them.

Here are 10 books on my to be read list that I don’t want to push back anymore (in no particular order).

Let’s get to it.

The Devil’s Fool

By Rachel McClellan

Dark Angel

By Christine Pope

Grave Mistake

By Izzy Shows

The Promise

By Apryl Baker

Keeper vs. Reaper

By Jennifer Malone Wright

Invisible

By DelSheree Gladden

Something Like Voodoo

By Rebecca Hamilton

Ethereal

By Addison Moore

Court of Vampires

By Megan Linski

Dragon Bones

By Jasmine Walt and Ines Johnson

Can’t wait to dig into these beauties after I finish reading Shadow Born!

What should be next on my to be read list? 🙂  I’d love to hear your suggestions in the comments.
